One of the methods for preventing the hypertension is consuming fruits and vegetables. This is a unique healthy recipe called “Antihypertensive Juice” which is very fresh and delicious enough for you to prevent the hypertension.
10 grams celery
50 grams green apple
50 grams pineapple
2 shots of K-Liquid Chlorophyll (if you have it)
1 tablespoon of honey
100 cc water
- Wash all fruits and vegetables then cut them.
- Put all vegetables and fruits with water into a blender and blend them all. You can also use a juicer for the apple and then mix it with pineapple and celery in blender
- Add 2 shots of K-Liquid Chlorophyll and honey, and mix them
What is K-Liquid Chlorophyll? You can read more about it here. If you don’t have it, you don’t need to use it in this recipe. But, it’s better if you add K-Liquid Chlorophyll because it’s healthy drink for cleansing, regulating, and nourishing. Good for hypertensive sufferer.
